Mollie Krueger, yoga instructor with Hope and Healing Wellness Center, will lead a restorative practice welcome to all skill levels. We’ll be joined by friendly, service dog in training puppies from Freedom Paws Service Dogs. Tickets include the class and proceeds will benefit Freedom Paws Service Dogs.
Participants must be at least 15 years of age.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat as none will be provided.
